Service Description
This is a mixed-ability class designed to help you build strength, improve stamina, and boost fitness using a weighted hoop. With a focus on core work, cardio bursts, and endurance exercises, this session is a great way to challenge yourself at your own pace while keeping things fun and engaging. Each session includes: ✅ Full-body hoop fitness to improve strength, stamina, and coordination. ✅ Scalable exercises so you can work at the right level for you. ✅ A welcoming, supportive atmosphere where everyone can progress and feel challenged. Clothing: Wear trainers and fitness-friendly attire. Equipment: Hoops are available to borrow.
