Service Description
If you’re looking for a fun way to get active, Foundations is the perfect place to start! This class focuses on movement, fitness, and technique, giving you the time and guidance to feel confident in your hoop. Expect uplifting music, easy-to-follow routines, and a supportive environment where you can build strength, rhythm, and endurance at your own pace. Each session includes: ✅ Simple, structured routines designed to improve coordination and fitness. ✅ A mix of core strength, balance, and cardio exercises to help you feel strong and energised. ✅ Plenty of guidance and encouragement to support your progress. This class is all about having fun while improving your fitness, with no pressure to get everything perfect. Whether you’re new to hooping or looking to refine your skills, Foundations offers a great workout in a welcoming space. Clothing: Wear trainers and fitness-friendly attire. Equipment: Hoops are available to borrow.
