Service Description
Foundations is a mixed-ability, beginner friendly class with a steadier pace and more time to practise and repeat movements. It’s a great place to start if you’re new to hula hoop fitness, returning to movement, or simply prefer a calmer, more supported session. Moves are broken down with options given, and there’s space to pause, reset, or take things at your own pace. Foundations is not a beginner stage you move on from. Many people choose this class long-term because they enjoy the slower pace, the supportive feel, and the chance to focus on how movement feels. Foundations may be right for you if you: ✔️ Prefer a steadier, less rushed pace ✔️ Like time to practise and repeat moves ✔️ Want fitness that feels achievable and enjoyable ✔️ Value a calm, encouraging environment ✔️ Want to move in a way that suits your body on the day Progress here might look like feeling more confident, moving with more ease, or simply enjoying being in the room, all of that counts. What to wear and bring ... Wear: ✔️ Comfy clothes you can move in ✔️ Leggings, joggers or shorts ✔️ T-shirt or vest (fitted if you prefer) ✔️ Trainers There’s no “right” outfit. Comfort comes first. Bring: ✔️ A drink ✔️ Optional: small towel or layers Hoops are provided, so no need to bring your own unless you want to. You can also buy your own from me.

Cancellation Policy
Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to cancel your class. You will then be issued class credit which you can use to book onto a future class.
