Service Description

Ultimate Hoop is a mixed-ability class with a higher-energy, faster pace and more continuous movement. This session naturally attracts experienced hoopers, including people who have been coming to class for several years, which means the movement tends to flow more quickly with less stopping to break things down. The focus is on momentum, music, and enjoying the feeling of moving together. That said, Ultimate Hoop is still welcoming, supportive, and pressure-free. There’s no expectation to get everything right, no obligation to keep up, and plenty of encouragement to take breaks or adapt movements to suit your body on the day and ultimately have a giggle. Ultimate Hoop may be a good fit if you: ✔️ Enjoy a higher-energy session ✔️ Like a quicker pace with more continuous movement ✔️ Feel comfortable with hooping basics ✔️ Prefer learning through movement rather than step-by-step instruction ✔️ Want a more cardio-focused workout Beginners are always welcome, but many people choose to start in Foundations to build confidence at a steadier pace first. Some people love the energy and stay here long-term, while others mix and match classes depending on how they’re feeling. What to wear and bring ... Wear: ✔️ Comfy clothes you can move in ✔️ Leggings, joggers or shorts ✔️ T-shirt or vest (fitted if you prefer) ✔️ Trainers There’s no “right” outfit. Comfort comes first. Bring: ✔️ A drink ✔️ Optional: small towel or layers Hoops are provided, so no need to bring your own unless you want to. You can also buy your own from me.

Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to cancel your class. You will then be issued class credit which you can use to book onto a future class.
