Service Description
Hoop Fitness is a weighted hula hoop class for women who want to get stronger and fitter in a way that feels enjoyable and achievable. How it works: We start every session with a warm up to help you settle in and get used to the hoop. From there, I introduce movements clearly, we practise them, repeat them, and gradually add to them. Nothing is rushed and nothing is over-complicated. It’s mixed ability, which means some women are brand new and some have been coming for years. The structure allows everyone to work at their own level. You don’t need experience and you don’t need to “keep up”. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. There are no mirrors, no shouting and no pressure to perform. You’re allowed to drop the hoop. You’re allowed to take a breath. You’re allowed to learn. If you’re worried you won’t be able to do it, that’s completely normal. Most people feel that way before their first class. You won’t be the only beginner in the room. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in. Leggings, joggers or shorts all work well. A T-shirt or vest is ideal. Trainers are recommended. Bring a drink. A small towel if you like. Hoops are provided, so you don’t need to bring anything else unless you want to. You don’t need to be fit before you start. You just need to start.

Cancellation Policy
Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to cancel your class. You will then be issued class credit which you can use to book onto a future class.
