Hula hooping is the ultimate playful pastime - with the added benefit of realigning and toning your entire body.
Our classes are a mixed-ability, alternative form of fitness, welcoming people of all ages, sizes, and experience levels. While classes are designed for adults, well-behaved teenagers are welcome too if accompanied by an adult. (I actually started my hula hooping journey at 13!)
What's more, the fun factor really appeals to those of us who are sceptical about exercise, but don’t be fooled… class can be just as intense as a bootcamp if you want it to be!

Hula With Abs brings fun, fitness, and flow to Stowupland, Suffolk!​
Led by Abby a passionate hula hoop instructor with over 15 years of experience, our classes are open to all levels, from complete beginners to hoop lovers looking for a new challenge.
Abby trained with HulaFit and Live Love Hoop, and has supported the development of the Hula Dancercise global course, and is proud to be a This Girl Can Suffolk ambassador, promoting fitness that's fun, inclusive, and confidence-boosting for everyone.
