Hula hooping is the ultimate playful past time that has the added benefit of completely realigning and toning the whole body. One of the most exciting elements of hooping is it never gets boring, it is easy to dance, workout and have fun for hours a week and there is always something new to learn and work towards. Over 10 years later and I am still as passionate about hula hooping as when I first started.
As a well known child's toy the fun element really appeals to those of us who are sceptical exercisers (definitely me)! But the class can be as intense as a boot camp style workout.

Jumpstart Your Health
Based in Suffolk, UK, I provide face to face classes in Stowmarket, which is accessible to hoopers from Bury St Edmunds and Ipswich and take requests for new locations regularly.
I also run classes online for all of my lovely clients from across the globe and those locally who are unable to join face to face. This can either be group sessions, parent and child or 1:1.

The unique program I’ve developed will help burn calories, boost metabolism and improve your overall health. A combination of strategic exercises will have you in tip-top shape. Classes are 45 minutes of feel good fun, run via Microsoft Teams weekly.

I also offer 1:1 personal training sessions (face to face or online), as well small social bubble classes. This method of training provides a more unique Hula Hooping experience where we deep dive into tailoring the exercises and optional life skills specifically to your needs.
