Are You Ready For a Change?
I am a fitness instructor with over 10 years hula hooping experience, based in Suffolk, UK. I provide face to face classes in Stowmarket, which is accessible to hoopers from Bury St Edmunds and Ipswich and take requests for new locations regularly.
Face to Face Fitness Class
Health and Fitness is not only about what your body looks like on the outside, but also on the inside! I will make sure your body and mind find the right balance after your Hula Hoop sessions offered face to face around Suffolk. Expect feel good music, a welcoming atmosphere and giggles all the way! Mixed ability, all levels welcome.
