The Sunday Reset You Actually Need: Yoga, Qigong & Hoop Fitness Wellbeing Morning, Suffolk May 2026

We’ve all seen the "Sunday Reset" videos on social media perfectly aesthetic clips of people bleaching sinks, meal-prepping kale, and organising junk drawers. But let’s be real: sometimes, cleaning your house doesn't actually clean your head.

If you’ve been carrying the weight of a busy spring on your shoulders, a vacuum cleaner isn't the solution. You need an Awakening.

This May, Abby from Hula with Abs and Leanne (Needham Market based Yoga and Qigong Instructor) are hosting a unique sanctuary in Creeting St Mary. It’s a morning designed to help you step out of the "noise" and back into your own skin. Here is why this specific reset is a must-add to your May calendar.

Beyond the To-Do List: The Three Pillars

This isn't your average fitness class. It’s a curated experience built on three specific "pillars" designed to transition you from the frantic energy of spring into the flourish of summer.

1. The Release (Mindset & Play)

Most of us stopped "playing" somewhere around the age of 12. Pillar 1 is about reclaiming that. Led by Abby, you’ll dive into "Child Play" exercises.

The Hula Hoop Factor: It’s impossible to hula hoop without a giggle. It breaks down the walls of judgment and reminds you that movement can be pure, unadulterated fun.

Adult Sports Day: Low-pressure games that get your heart rate up and your stress levels down.

2. The Grounding (Yoga & Qigong)

Once the stress is released through play, it’s time to anchor.

Relaxed Yoga: This is "come as you are" yoga. No ego, no complicated poses, just listening to what your body needs. You might even giggle as you get stuck in downwards dog (for the third time)!

Qigong (The "New" Favorite): If you haven't heard of Qigong, think of it as "fitness that feels like play." While hula hooping spins a physical hoop, Qigong is about spinning energy through your body. It’s a gentle, flowing practice that physically anchors your energy and calms a racing mind.

3. The Connection (Community & Nourishment)

The final piece of the puzzle is the "village" feel. You’ll share space with a curated group of like-minded people over tea and refreshments. It’s a supportive, relaxed environment where the goal is to leave feeling a little more content than when you arrived.

May is the bridge to summer. It’s the time when the days get longer and our schedules get busier. By investing three hours in yourself mid-month, you are setting an intention for the rest of the season.

This session is designed for EVERY body. Whether you are a total beginner or a seasoned mover, this is your permission slip to be playful, active, and authentically you.

Ready to swap the "Scaries" for a "Spring"?

Spaces are limited to ensure the experience remains intimate and high-impact. Don't wait until you're burnt out to seek a reset, book your spot now and give yourself something to look forward to.
